For us this was the perfect stack of sires that produce big, strong, robust breeders with deep heart room, great spring and angle of rib to give a strong constitution with the cow to produce ample milk and to calve annually. To add to this, the Chiyotake cows have a wide thurl and correct setting allowing for calving ease, good feet and legs, correct hip and pin setting, ensuring a strong loin.
